Withdrawal implies that you have changed your mind and wish to return your item for a refund.

You have 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of your product to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this period, your request will be refused.

What are the conditions for retraction?

The item must not have been used and must be returned in its packaging, in the same condition as received, suitable for re-marketing.

If these conditions are not met, your refund may be partial or even impossible.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

In case of retraction the return costs will be at your expense.

You are free to choose the carrier of your choice to return your item. 
Afin to guide you in this process, we recommend that you use the carrier UPS.

When will my refund be made?

Your refund will only be made once your package has been received at our logistics center and the item has been checked to validate the return conditions.

You will receive an email as soon as your refund is initiated.

Good to know:

Do not return your product before receiving an email confirmation from us, otherwise it could seriously delay or even prevent the processing of your request.

Don't forget to ask the carrier for a proof of deposit with tracking. If you have made a return without tracking and we have not received the product, it will unfortunately be impossible to get a refund.
